Our History

The Perry County Mutual Fire Insurance Company was organized September 6, 1877, with a group of Perry County farmers insuring each other. As this service proved to be a successful and beneficial enterprise to the communities of Perry County, other farmers joined in and eventually non-farming home owners began to further the association’s foundation.

Through the years, Perry County Mutual has continued to exist as a non-profit organization to support communities with their insurance needs. The company has expanded, offering insurance services to many counties in the state of Ohio.

Entering the new century, Perry County Mutual works to expand services and automate their processes to help keep costs low for our clients.

We bring our services to the world wide web, to provide our customers with convenience.

Our Mission
